Payment Policy
Total Equine Veterinary Associates thanks you for your business.
Total Equine Veterinary Associates requires payment at the time of service. We encourage you to discuss costs in advance of treatment for your horse. We will work with you for payment options.
Payment is due at the time of service. We prefer to have a credit card on file to which services are billed at the time of service, or to guarantee payment of services as needed.
The invoice details services and/or medications that are DUE IMMEDIATELY. There is a monthly service fee of $5 or 2% of the overdue balance, whichever is greater. Various payment options are included within the attachment.
For your convenience, we accept CASH, CHECK, DEBIT, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and PayPal.
Secure Credit Card Data. Our new practice management software incorporates a Microsoft-certified program that encrypts your credit card data in a way that only Dr. Joyce has access. If our computer system is hacked or stolen, it is impossible for credit card data to be retrieved.
We are trying to adapt payment modalities that eliminate billing by mail (part of our GO GREEN Initiative). We will e-mail invoices when needed.
