These equines require special care

Although closely related to the horse, your donkey, mule, or mini is not the same and warrants specialized medical attention to keep him healthy. These equines have health issues unique to them and can be even more susceptible to ailments such as skin and hoof diseases. They don’t always react the same to illness, colic, and lameness; and their nutritional needs aren’t similar to horses. These differences, however, don’t preclude your donkey, mule, or mini from needing veterinary care and the same vaccinations and parasite care as horses!

• Nutritional counseling
• Special dental care
• Bi-annual checkups
• Spring / Fall vaccinations
• Deworming & FEC
